Liberti Global Corp publishes the mobile app and provides development and maintenance. Its public Google Play developer name is 1bite Studio. This does not make Apple, Google or Liberti Global Corp the seller of Tecno Smart Choice's products. You may browse without an account or notifications. To record an order request, we use your verified email, account ID, international phone number, name, selected products/variants/quantities and preferred payment method. These support authentication, association and handling of your request. Supabase Auth processes your password; passwords are never put in orders or WhatsApp messages. Our website and providers receive technical data needed to deliver and protect requests, such as IP address, HTTP status and browser data. Order abuse controls use cryptographic fingerprints of the IP and request. The customer app does not request GPS location, contacts, microphone, camera, IMEI or IMSI. If you explicitly enable promotions, we record a random installation identifier, notification token, operating system, available brand/model, permission and promotion preference. These support delivery and device-based promotion segmentation. You can opt out in Settings without losing access to the catalog, account or ordering features. We do not integrate third-party ad networks, cross-app advertising tracking or generative AI to process customer data in this app. We use Supabase for authentication/database, Vercel for website/API, Resend for sign-in emails, and Expo/Apple/Google for distribution, compatible updates and notifications. These providers may process data outside Venezuela. Liberti Global Corp provides technical support subject to access controls. Continuing with WhatsApp first saves an order request, then prepares a link with its reference, verified email, items, quantities, prices and preferred payment method. You choose whether to open WhatsApp and send the message. Opening it does not prove a message was sent or confirm payment, availability, stock reservation or delivery. WhatsApp/Meta processes the conversation under its own terms. We never put your password in the message. Binance, Zelle, Banesco Panama, Banesco, BNC and Cashea logos identify preferences for manual payment coordination. The app does not collect card details, banking passwords or credentials for these services and does not charge automatically at checkout. We retain account data while the account is active and needed for the stated purposes. Deletion removes the authentication identity, sessions, profile data and linked promotion installations/tokens. Orders are detached from the account and their name, email, phone, address, note and idempotency fingerprint are removed. Commercial order data remains without those contact fields. Deletion does not automatically cancel an existing commercial arrangement; contact the store about its status. Operational deletion does not automatically remove WhatsApp messages you already sent, documents separately retained under a legal obligation or immediate copies in provider backups. Contact privacy support for information or to exercise your rights regarding those records. Any additional retention must be limited to a legitimate purpose and applicable obligations. The service targets adults aged 18 or older in Venezuela. It is not intended to collect children's data. Contact privacy support about an underage account or unauthorized processing. We use HTTPS, device secure credential storage and server/database access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may change to reflect actual service changes; new uses requiring consent will be disclosed before activation.
